Microsoft Copilot offers organisations the ability to easily introduce AI to your employees in a simple and easy to use way. While this is appealing, one thing organisations are skipping is the getting ready for Copilot stage. With many organisations jumping to roll out Copilot and not getting the best results because they weren’t set up properly for it.

Our Copilot readiness assessment provides you with an analysis of your existing Microsoft 365 setup and Copilot requirements and a clear roadmap to success.

Getting Ready for Copilot

Many organisations are jumping into Microsoft Copilot without giving due consideration to their security, governance and permissions needed to manage your data.

Without careful consideration to the data held within the systems Copilot uses for information, you can easily have information leaks. For example, if you use Copilot for Microsoft 365 and haven’t set up your security correctly, you could ask Copilot for confidential information such as salaries or other personal information and it will provide it.

Agenda

Our Copilot readiness assessment will be carried out by one of our certified Microsoft Copilot Consultants.

Our review will start with a discovery workshop to understand your objectives, roadmap, attitude to risk and existing setup.

Following the discovery workshop, we will carry out an assessment of your Microsoft 365 tenant and any other IT infrastructure within scope of the assessment. We will explore the security setup, permissions and access available.

Finally, there is our findings report. We will present this report in an interactive session. This report contains the results from the review, highlighting all issues that we would recommend have been fixed before rolling out Copilot, these findings are ranked by severity. Alongside this will come a roadmap for rolling out Copilot, this will include:

  • What licenses you might need
  • What actions required to secure Copilot
  • What extensions you could benefit from and what that looks like
  • Any custom Copilots needed
