Given COVID-19 Coronavirus these are not, sadly, normal times so we wanted to issue this statement to our customers and any others who may need our help over the coming months.

As a multiple Microsoft Gold partner with ISO9001, ISO27001 and Cyber Essentials accreditation, Bridgeall very seldom talk about business continuity. It is just something we do. Continuity is ingrained in our DNA, our modus operandi.

Operations and People

We would like to reassure all of our existing and new customers that a full Business Continuity and Incident Management Plan is in place to manage the impacts including the provision for company-wide working from home.

Effective as of today, 17th March 2020, all our staff are working from home indefinitely.

Our resourcing team has also been working on resourcing plans and forecasts to ensure that we have appropriate staff contingencies in place should we lose people to sickness.

At this stage, we do not anticipate any major issues in our ability to continue delivering exceptional levels of customer service.

We will continually monitor the impact on our customers, our staff and manage risks and adapt accordingly. If the situation does change, due to the current level of uncertainty, we will communicate accordingly.

Technology

We operate a Modern Intelligent Workplace supported by Bridgeall DaaS (Desktop as a Service). This has enabled us to switch to full-company home working rapidly so it will be very much business-as-usual during the pandemic.

If you would like more information about our contingency plans, please do not hesitate to get in touch.

We are here to help you get through the current crisis so if you would like to discuss how Bridgeall DaaS can help your organisation Implement Home Working Rapidly, please feel free to Contact Us.

We hope that everyone at your end stays fit and healthy.

Take care and stay safe.
