ADSM first reached out to Bridgeall regarding the migration of their on-premises servers to Microsoft Azure and the rollout of Intune and Defender for Business across their full estate. Through this initial project the team wanted Bridgeall to take over their Managed IT Support Services, which was managed by an alternative provider.

Challenges facing ADSM
With the business growing at a rapid pace, ADSM was keen to modernise its IT infrastructure to create an environment more suited to a business of its size. Their existing managed IT services partner wasn’t meeting their needs and the team wanted to move to a Microsoft Solutions Partner (formerly Microsoft Gold Partner) who had experience with Azure.
Bridgeall proposed a fully managed services solution starting with an in-depth assessment of the current environment. This was to understand what was required to deliver the services requested. Alongside this, where appropriate, we made recommendations for streamlining and improvement.
