Established in 2003, with 44 staff and 4 Microsoft Solutions Partner designations, we have a strong and referenceable 20-year reputation for successful delivery.
We are now seeking an ambitious, results oriented New Sales Manager in a full-time, permanent role to drive further revenue growth. You will work closely with the Head of Cloud & Managed IT Services, and our Marketing team to proactively identify, develop and secure new business with new clients.

Essential Job Functions
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through market research, networking, and outbound strategies
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects
- Arrange and conduct meetings with prospects to understand their needs
- Collaborate with our solution experts to develop compelling solutions
- Create and deliver presentations and proposals to prospects
- Negotiate and close deals
- Achieve and exceed sales targets
- Provide regular feedback to management on sales activities and progress
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met and identifying opportunities for upselling or repeat business within 18 months of engagement
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, market activities and competitors
General requirements
- Minimum of 8 years in sales roles within an IT services firm
- Minimum of 4 years of identifying and developing new business with new clients
- Minimum of 4 years selling Managed IT or Analytics services
- Proven track record of identifying opportunity within new businesses
- Proven experience of seeking out and building relationships at senior levels
- Ability to build rapport quickly with clients at various decision-making levels
- Proven track record of closing opportunities for new business
- Proven experience of writing and presenting winning proposals
- Business or Technical Degree
- Experienced user of HubSpot or similar
- Experienced user of Dynamics 365 or similar
- Experienced user of LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar

Desirable requirements
- Passes in one or more of the following Microsoft fundamentals exams:
- MS-900 – Microsoft 365 Fundamentals

- Experience with other 3rd party technical solution providers:
- Mimecast
- SentinelOne
- Datto
- Barracuda
- 8×8
Package & Benefits
Salary to £50,000 dependent on calibre and experience plus OTE commission of £50,000 (uncapped) plus private health care.
