Established in 2003, with 44 staff and 4 Microsoft Solutions Partner designations, we have a strong and referenceable 20-year reputation for successful delivery.

We are now seeking an ambitious, results oriented New Sales Manager in a full-time, permanent role to drive further revenue growth. You will work closely with the Head of Cloud & Managed IT Services, and our Marketing team to proactively identify, develop and secure new business with new clients.

Essential Job Functions

  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through market research, networking, and outbound strategies
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects
  • Arrange and conduct meetings with prospects to understand their needs
  • Collaborate with our solution experts to develop compelling solutions
  • Create and deliver presentations and proposals to prospects
  • Negotiate and close deals
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Provide regular feedback to management on sales activities and progress
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met and identifying opportunities for upselling or repeat business within 18 months of engagement
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, market activities and competitors

General requirements 

  • Minimum of 8 years in sales roles within an IT services firm
  • Minimum of 4 years of identifying and developing new business with new clients
  • Minimum of 4 years selling Managed IT or Analytics services
  • Proven track record of identifying opportunity within new businesses
  • Proven experience of seeking out and building relationships at senior levels
  • Ability to build rapport quickly with clients at various decision-making levels
  • Proven track record of closing opportunities for new business
  • Proven experience of writing and presenting winning proposals
  • Business or Technical Degree
  • Experienced user of HubSpot or similar
  • Experienced user of Dynamics 365 or similar
  • Experienced user of LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar

Desirable requirements 

  • Passes in one or more of the following Microsoft fundamentals exams:
    • MS-900 – Microsoft 365 Fundamentals
    • AZ-900 – Azure Fundamentals
  • Experience with other 3rd party technical solution providers:
    • Mimecast
    • SentinelOne
    • Datto
    • Barracuda
    • 8×8

Package & Benefits

Salary to £50,000 dependent on calibre and experience plus OTE commission of £50,000 (uncapped) plus private health care.
