Stephen co-founded Bridgeall in 2003, has a PhD in Software Engineering and over 30 years’ experience in IT. He is responsible for sales, marketing and strategy development. Leading from the front, with a can-do attitude, Stephen ensures that Bridgeall people deliver certainty for our customers, keeping quality and innovation at top of mind.

Sharon has worked in Bridgeall since 2013 and has over 20 years’ experience in managing project portfolios across infrastructure and application solutions, especially in Utilities and the Public Sector. She is responsible for overall project governance working closely with the sales, support and development teams to ensure the delivery of exceptional software assured.

Ken joined Bridgeall in 2012 with over 20 years of experience in the design, delivery and implementation of complex IT environments. He is responsible for IT Operations, Support and Service Management. A former IT Director, he can develop and implement strategic roadmaps supporting digital transformation, having successfully delivered migrations implementing Office 365 and Azure cloud services.

Brodie joined Bridgeall in 2015. With 30 years’ experience in IT, he is passionate about supporting customers to drive change, both technically and culturally. Successful change is driven by understanding customer drivers and pain points; stakeholder management; agreeing KISS and SMART objectives; having the right people, team and processes in place; governance; and effective collaboration with clear lines of communication.

Jonathan joined Bridgeall in March 2014 and carries with him over 13 years’ experience in both the private and public sector. He is responsible for the day to day delivery of client facing projects. Graeme has been with Bridgeall since 2007 and has worked in IT since 2002. He heads up the SharePoint practice within Bridgeall. With a keen interest in how different businesses operate, Graeme is adept at understanding their current processes and issues, identifying and designing robust innovative software solutions to meet these in order to modernise and streamline organisations.

John Dorans

John Dorans

Solution Architect

John joined Bridgeall in 2010 as a Solution Architect.  With circa 12 years’ experience in IT, he is responsible for the technical design, architecture and delivery of software projects. Recently John led a team of 12 to deliver the Settlement Engine for the newly deregulated English Water Market.  The 15 month, 2,500 days effort project delivered a penny-perfect solution.  Six months of industry testing uncovered only 7 minor defects.

Iain has worked in the software industry since 2000 after gaining a PhD in applied mathematics. He has worked in fields ranging from tech start-ups to large financial organisations working on technically-challenging projects. Iain joined Bridgeall in 2016 as a Solution Architect and is responsible for the design, implementation and delivery of robust and scalable solutions.
