About the role

We are seeking an ambitious Client Relationship Manager in a full-time, permanent role to ensure that we proactively drive additional value for our customers and drive growth of our revenues.
You will collaborate with and support the Heads of Business in each of the 3 key units to identify opportunities and position our products and services to account decision makers.

Established in 2003, with 33 staff and with 8 Microsoft Gold competencies we have a long and strong track record of successful delivery. Our key business units are: Cloud & Managed Services, Modern Intelligent Workplace and Applications, Analytics and AI.

Salary

Salary up to £55,000 dependent on calibre and experience plus generous bonus plan and private health care.

Location

Glasgow based Office – You may also be required to work at client sites from time to time. Remote home working will be permitted several days per week if required.

Responsibilities

Results Driver

  • Proactively lead the process to grow accounts
  • Accept accountability for achieving business goals (e.g., account growth, profit,
  • satisfaction, etc.)
  • Lead the account-planning process effectively
  • Position and sell major opportunities inside accounts
  • Ensure retention of existing business
  • Negotiate contract renewals and pricing

Account Planning & Execution

  • Perform the research needed to plan for and drive account growth
  • Create compelling and effective written account growth plans
  • Maintain analysis and tracking against plan

Relationship Lead

  • Gain access to executive, enterprise-level decision makers
  • Develop strong relationships with executive, enterprise-level decision makers
  • Generate meetings that can drive new revenue
  • Create and deepen relationships with decision makers over the long term
  • Demonstrate value and improvement through regular service performance reporting

Technical 

  • Provide competent technical information and knowledge of IT services across the Microsoft stack
  • Work with Heads of Business to understand new and developing service or product offerings and their fit for existing customers

Innovator

  • Cross-pollinate ideas and collaborate directly with decision makers at accounts to co-create value
  • Think expansively about the value Bridgeall can bring to bear across all areas of the account
  • Create compelling and inspiring ideas to bring to account decision makers

Proposal and Bid Management

  • Monitor tender portals to identify relevant opportunities
  • Manage the development of proposals and bid responses

General requirements

  • Minimum 5 years in a relationship management, sales or account management role within a B2B software/managed IT services firms
  • Business or Technical Degree
  • Proven experience of seeking out and building relationships at senior levels in accounts
  • Proven financial and business acumen to build compelling account-growth plans
  • Proven experience of writing and presenting winning proposals
  • Proven track record of growing account revenue
  • Organised and disciplined
  • Fluent and confident communicator
  • Excellent writing skills
  • Self-motivated, tenacious, confident, independent and strong attention to detail

Desirable

  • Passes in one or more of the following Microsoft fundamentals exams:
    • AZ-900 – Azure Fundamentals
    • MS-900 – Microsoft 365 Fundamentals
    • PL-900 – Power Platform Fundamentals
  • Experience of responding to public sector procurements
  • Experience of procurement frameworks such as G-Cloud, Public Contracts Scotland (PCS), Digital Outcomes & Specialists (DOS)
