Speakers Announced for the 2018 Public Sector Digital Transformation Forum

Public Sector Digital Transformation Forum

As a quick follow-up to our previous post, the final speaker list for the Interactive Panel Session of the Public Sector Digital Transformation Forum, 2018 has just been announced.

Facilitated by Dr. Jim Hamill, Business Fellow, University of Strathclyde Business School, speakers and panellists will include:

  • Gerry McLafferty, IT Programme Director Scottish Government Fair Start Scotland/Employability.
  • Andrea Eschle, IT Director, Skills Development Scotland.
  • Jak Deschner, Head of ICT, Wise Group.
  • Ken Fox, IT and Digital Manager, Link HA.

Based on successfully completed projects, the four panellists will share their experiences, hopes and aspirations for the digital transformation of public services.

Using an Interactive Audience Polling Tool, this will be followed by a session evaluating the digital transformation progress being made by Scotland's public sector (based on delegate responses), the main drivers of change, barriers to be overcome, and next steps in building future digital workplaces.

Forum findings will be written up as a short White Paper - "The State of Public Sector Transformation, 2018" and made available to all participants.

We have already had a great response in terms of the number and range of delegates attending. You can join us (free) by registering here - Public Sector Digital Transformation Forum, 2018.
